MMWatersideRentals is a family-owned vacation rental business, run by Meghan and Mark. Originally based in Rockport, Texas, they later moved to the southern part of Houston. Their love for water and affinity for vacations at lakes and beaches led them to establish this rental venture, where they strive to create memorable experiences for families seeking a great vacation.

With two boys and two Golden Retrievers, the family understands the importance of creating a comfortable and enjoyable space for both families and their furry companions. Their own love for the water and vacationing drives their passion for hosting, ensuring that guests have a wonderful time during their stay.

We had to find last minute rental and were lucky to find this home. It was comfortable for 5 of us and our dog. The beds were comfy and clean.

Gracious and super responsive host. Beautiful property with a nice view. Our stay was very comfortable.

We had an amazing weekend. We gathered our family for fishing kayaking and relaxing by the water. Close to everything yet felt very secluded. We had the best time!

Awesome Thanksgiving stay for the family. The house had everything we needed to cook a big meal and had a lot of activities to keep everyone occupied. The house was clean and priced reasonably and Meghan was very responsive. We hope to come back this summer to enjoy the lake amenities when the weather is a little warmer. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and sunrise / moonrise / lakeviews were stunning. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Lilly pad and kayaks were especially big hits and gas fire pit made for great evening family gathering. We will definitely return again!

This place was amazing! It was beautiful (and smelled amazing!). My family and our dog had tons of fun during our stay! We got great use out of all of the water toys that were provided. The only thing I would suggest for other visitors is to bring your water shoes, as the bottom of the lake has some debris from trees. Otherwise, a great find.
